SynapseRetention Email grader

Grade your next email

Send us a test, and see what to fix before it goes out. It's free.

  1. Tell us your work email, and we send you a link.
  2. The link gives you a test address of ours.
  3. Send a test of your email to it. Your grade shows within seconds.

Three short emails over ten days. One click stops them.

What we keep, and for how long
  • We use your email address to send you the link.
  • If you ask for tips, we keep it until the last of three emails, or until you stop them.
  • For one day we keep a scrambled copy of it, only to count your grades.
  • We also keep a scrambled copy of your internet address for one day, to stop misuse.
  • We delete the test email you send as soon as it's graded.
  • We keep your grade for 30 days, then delete it.
  • If you share your grade, anyone with its link sees it until you stop sharing it.
  • We hide any subscriber's name, email address or phone number we find in it.
  • When we delete your data, a copy can stay in our weekly backups for up to 4 weeks.
